[brlug-general] downtown BR wifi map

Good info.  I did a wardrive session from my office in downtown to my
apt on Essen Ln. I found no less than 70 open WAPs.  If you park in the
back of the Lakes hospital on the side closest to the highway, there is
an open AP w/ the SSID "DR_PHIL".  :)

Weird. I live down there (right next tot the old guv mansion), and 
usually pick up one called verge, which is one of those $9.95 a day ones

(A flop im sure). Havent seen that one though.... ill check it out this
