There were a couple of businesses that did this.

They look like they have shut down (or maybe they were forced).
I thought you could do this with asterisk, but a quick google didn't turn
anything up.
You could try this company:
http://www.covertcard.com/
They might not be legit, they just turned up in a google ad.
Do you want to change it to something particular? If not, you could just
buy a calling card. Those numbers would change and be untraceable.
