what you are missing is the fact that these politicians believe that 
some recent killings were at the very least influenced by video games.  
there was a recent murder in livonia parish where a man was carjacked 
and shot in the face GTA-style, and lo and behold, the16 year old kid 
who committed the murder had all of the GTA games.

and since you mentioned columbine, the trenchcoat mafia were avid DOOM 
players.

I fully support banning the sale of M-rated games to minors. some argue 
that it should be left up to the parents, and I agree, but the parents 
just ain't payin enough attention, doods.
