[brlug-general] ActionTec DSL Gateway and BellSouth

I have cox HSI. on speakeasy, from the Dallas server, I get about
5.4Mb down and 546K up.
Currently I have the Geaux box through LSU. So I can't complain much
about not getting
the full 7Mbs. Either way, once you get over 1Mbs, it probably doesn't
matter much, for
basic internet usage.
