And here is the specs on the CPU on the system i'm on.
It's 4 processors, with Dual Core AMDs.

model name      : Dual Core AMD Opteron(tm) Processor 270
cpu MHz         : 1994.989

So, it's a pretty speedy box, for the most part.
My guess is that they have maybe 8GB of ram each system and then break
down the slices with Xen?
