[brlug-general] Anybody got a socket 754 system?

Here's the deal: I'm working on a pro-bono mobo replacement for the
family of someone my wife was friends with in high school. The
pro-bono part is mainly because they're on a pretty tight budget.

Anyway, the Celeron mobo in their eMachine crapped out, so I picked up
a Sempron kit on Tiger for $75, but it never worked. Today, I
discovered a bent CPU pin. The way it bent, it also damaged the socket
on the mobo. Now, the socket damage seems to be mostly cosmetic.

I may be in BR tomorrow. Anybody got a system I can borrow for ten minutes?
