[brlug-general] splunk

I don't know much about splunk (www.splunk.com).  Someone just sent me an
email and said make it work on freebsd 64, and that's how I found out about
it.  My question is does anyone know of/uses an open source/free equivalent
to splunk?  I think our main use for this is the logging stuff.    We may
buy it, I don't know...just curious if anyone knows of any alternatives.
