By POSITIVE PR do you mean FUD? Haha. If they have learned anything from
SCO, it should be DON'T SUE! SCO spread more FUD about Linux by just
claiming that it infringed on patents and offering alternatives. When
they sued and it became apparent that they actually had no case, things
went downhill for them very quickly. MS won't make that mistake. Just
like for SCO, MS losing in court would be disastrous.
