Thanks for the translation and background, Fernando, but I think internet 
censorship is more important than broadcast censorship.  Because of the way 
the internet was built, it should be impossible to the ugly things that 
people have done with print and broadcast.  There's no inherent limit to a 
pull media, so censorship can never be justified by best use of limited 
resources arguments and other sophistry.  The machinery required to censor 
the internet costs more and degrades performance compared to a free internet.  
A free internet gives everyone a voice.
