For a minute there, I thought you were trying to rile me.
I'm not really being repetitive either. Most web sites that look at the
network neutrality issue don't really look at it from a fundamental human
rights or software freedom standpoint. You can search for combinations of
terms like "port block" and "software freedom" and not come up with much.
The threads of a coherent view are there but no one has pulled them all
together where I've looked. I've tried gnu.org, fsf.org, eff.org and all the
usual suspects. The debate is polluted with WIPO and other commercial
interest language that obscures the simple issue and it's consequences:
I'm paying for bits that I can't use as I please.
