It's on every email sent to my LSU account, my other accounts are fine.  I use 
fetchmail to retrieve my mail via POP, then pass it through procmail for 
sorting into directories, into maildir directories.  I retrieve it from 
either a laptop or a desktop in my house via IMAP into KMail.

To take a few things out of the link...  It appears with the extra characters 
in the PAWS web client as well, and I just looked at the file in the maildir 
on my server, and the extra characters are there when I use "less $MESSAGE"
