ISP usually bill downlink but then again uplink is crap on residential
connections anyway. I guess regular joes don't really care about uplink
and downlink as long as they get their stuff done.
Almost all ISP I know outside US has some kind of download limit or
surfing time restrictions.
Speaking of ISPs, does anyone have standalone DSL with ATT?
