Nonsense.  Now who's promoting hysteria.  The real target is making money. 
Monitoring and censoring you costs money, and doesn't exactly generate 
revenue.

We all know that.  But it doesn't make business sense.  Why disconnect a 
paying customer when you can mitigate the damage they could cause by 
filtering their connection?
