[brlug-general] couple of things - looking for consultant for friend, job opportunities

I have a couple of questions for everyone.

1) Know anyone that does consulting for companies that are required to
follow HIPAA guidelines?

2) Know anyone looking for a job which entails the following (each line item
= separate job opportunity):
        Unix admin/VxWorks/reflected memory networks, timing systems, etc.
etc.
        Operations Specialist (think kind of like plant process operator I
guess)
        Electronics Engineer
