I'm not sure how saying you two both had valid points was an insult, but
okay. Anyway, like I said, I'm okay with it so long as there is some
transparency in what they're doing. I understand there may be a
compromise between full access to me as a single customer and the
business reality.

You of course are free to believe differently. :)
