[Ltsp] please help me

I think it happened to all my machines. I'll try to give 
you my experience when I have this problem. There were 4 
users using 4 client, after browsing for 10 or 15 minutes, 
someone suddenly say 'oups my computer get hang', but it 
didn't happen to any of us. And then when I played alone, 
it happened to me..... it happened in the different 
computer.
I've checked the NIC, there were no problem with it, 
because didn't use the same NIC for the computer, and 
neither did the server.
I ever think the problem is 'switch'. we used 10/100 Mbps.
Can it be?
