[Ltsp] mount flashdisk

hi, i have a trouble in mounting usb drive (flashdisk) at 
client. I've followed all the instruction from 
wiki.ltsp.org local media.  At the end i can detect my 
flashdisk by samba, so i have to write smb://nobody@ws(the 
number of the station). After that, i just saw a square 
symbol named flashdisk, and there was nothing i could do 
to that kind of symbol (i'm confused), so i get into shell 
(CTRL+ALT+F2) and then i mounted it, then i get into 
/tmp/drives/flashdisk. After that i came back to startx 
(CTRL+ALT+F1) the symbol became a folder. (It's 
complicated, sorry).
But after it became a folder, i couldn't wrote to it, it 
only can be read.
so my question is, how to make it read and write, and then 
how to get flashdisk from startx when we put it on the 
computer without using shell?
please help me ...
