You asked for it and Google produced it. Go to
http://earth.google.com/download-earth.html and download the beta version for
Linux. Save to file to My Home. When the download completes, open Xandros
File Manager and right click on the GoogleEarthLinux.bin file, select
Properties, click on the Permissions tab, check Exec next to your user name,
click ok and then double click the GoogleEarthLinux.bin file and follow the
on-screen prompts. I have installed it on both my desktop and my laptop. It
works ok on my desktop with a rather old video card, but it just screams on
my laptop which has a much newer and more capable video card. The only
negative so far that the fonts are kinda small. I will investigate that.
