Well, Google has done it again! If you like Picasa for Windows, you will love 
Picasa for Linux. It works great on Xandros. Go here:

http://picasa.google.com/linux/download.html

and download the Free Download (.deb) package. Save it to your My Home folder. 
Once the download finishes, open Xandros File Manager, double click on the 
file (picasa_2.2.2820-5_i386.deb). A dialog box will open asking if you want 
to install the package using Xandros Networks. Click on Yes and follow the 
on-screen prompts. When the install finishes, you will have an entry under 
Applications >> Graphics for Picasa.
