If I download from the Repository, all users can run it. That works.
If I update to 1.5.0.7 from the Internet as Administrator it runs when I am
logged on as Administrator. But it will not run from any user's accounts.
How do I set the permissions so that all users can run it?

If you install it from Xandros Networks, it will be available to all users.
If
you install it to your home folder, then only that user can run it. It is
all
about permissions.
