[brlug-newbies] A Vista vs. Linux Matchup

I have to say, I installed Vista on my family PC, and got nothing but
complaints from everyone. The main thing was that it took roughly 90
seconds to switch users, a task that was almost instantaneous on the
same PC running WinXP. It also wouldn't play DVDs, because PowerDVD
isn't compatible.

I left Vista on it for about a week, but it's back to XP now.

MY PC runs Fedora, so I don't really care.
