Hi All,

Well, MY 'experience' with HELLSOUTH has not been as pleasant. We don't have COX
cable, we have COMCRAP up here in S'port for cable/ISP/Voip. I will be leaving BellSouth
in mid-July and going back to my OLD DSL provider. They "lease" lines from BellSouth
and I hardly ever had a connection problem, unless the guys at BellSouth were installing
new "software" and have everyone, including THEIR customers 'off-line'.

Comcast can't keep their DSL stuff going and folks here are about ready to hang their
admin's, LOL! If you lose cable tv service, the DSL doesn't work and neither does you
cable 'phone. You wind up having to call them on your cell 'phone to complain...to some
person in Canada. All they know is hockey scores & where you can buy Molson, Eh?

I'll probably have to buy another DSL modem from Nationwide (the old ShreveNet) 'cause
the one I had from ShreveNet was so "old", there's no info on it anymore.

Roger, good luck with HellSOUTH the "New", old AT&T (SSDD! LOL!)

BTW, on or about 25 June, my ham radio callsign will "change" back to my "old" call:
KA5-LQJ. I'm hoping to have a 40 meter full-wave loop up after 4 July and if any of you
are around 7280 kcs. I'll be there.

Respectfully,
73,

Don...aka. "Buck"/K5-MKE
