[brlug-newbies] Getting soundcard to work

Hi,
I'm completely new to Linux, so the answer may be obvious. I'm running
Xandros 3 on a Compaq 500mhz III. I installed a Creative sound blaster card
Audigy se which according to the compatibility chart should have been
recognized, but Xandros doesn't see it. any ideas in helping to see the
card.
