Greetings all, 

The next CCCC Linux Desktop SIG Workshop will be Monday, April 5th at 6 PM in the Linux Lab. In this workshop we will continue with learning how to use Audacity to edit and mix audio files so if you want to work along in this workshop, be sure and bring a CD that has audio files on it or go ahead and rip a few audio tracks and put them on a data CD or a thumb drive. 

In the second half of the workshop, we will look at HOW-TO install and boot Linux from a USB thumb drive, or other USB storage media. Again, this will all be interactive, so get there early to be sure that you will have a computer to work on, or bring your laptop and work along wirelessly.
