Greetings all, 

We had a very successful Open House this past Saturday. I got to tell our 
story for 5 hours and gave away in excess of 20 Ubuntu Live CD's. 

This coming Monday we will do an InstallFest for the benefit of the new 
members, as well as address any hardware or installation issues that any of 
our current members have. Please come out and help get Linux installed on our 
new member's computers. 

For those that will be installing Linux for the first time, bring just your 
computer, not your monitor, keyboard or mouse. Also, if you want to dual boot 
Linux and Windows, prior to the InstallFest please run both the error 
checking routine and defragment your hard drive. You will also need a minimum 
of 4 gigabites of free hard drive space and more than 4 is even better.
